Wagner Tuning Competition Water Cooler Kit for AMG E 63 (S) W213 (4.0L V8 Biturbo) – 100% more cooling volume

Conquer the roads with maximum performance! The Wagner Tuning Competition Water Cooler Kit is the ultimate upgrade to double the cooling capacity of your Mercedes-AMG E 63 (S). Specially developed for the 4.0L V8 biturbo engine (M 177), the kit increases the radiator volume by an impressive 100%. Ensure consistent maximum performance and improved system stability.

Why this water cooler kit is a must-have for your E 63 (S) W213:
Volume doubling: The kit increases the total cooler volume of the standard water coolers by a massive +100%.
Direct performance boost: Lowers the coolant temperature in the indirect intercooler circuit. This improves intercooler cooling and prevents heat-related power loss (anti-heat soaking).
Competition technology: Newly developed competition racing mesh guarantees maximum heat transfer while allowing sufficient airflow for adjacent components.
Durability & protection: Equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating that ensures a lasting cooling effect and extends the service life of the cooling system.
Plug & play installation: Installation is straightforward and virtually plug & play thanks to user-friendly installation instructions.

Technical detail: Cooling circuit optimization for the M 177 biturbo
The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine (M 177) in the Mercedes-AMG E 63 (S) models (W213 / S213 series) uses an innovative indirect intercooler circuit. A reduction in coolant temperature directly leads to increased cooling performance of the charge air. The Wagner Tuning Competition water cooler kit solves this bottleneck through a combination of front and side coolers:
Front cooler: Volume increase of +75% (13.2 liters vs. OEM 7.43 liters).
Side radiator: Volume increase of +210% (5.5 liters vs. OEM 1.77 liters).

The combination of these massive individual improvements results in an impressive overall increase in cooling volume of 100%. This ensures thermal stability for tuned vehicles and racetrack operation.
Technical data in direct comparison (OEM vs. Wagner Tuning)
The kit consists of an enlarged front cooler and two optimized side coolers:
Total volume increase: +100%.
Front cooler volume: From OEM 7.43 L to 13.2 L (increase +75%).
Side radiator volume: From OEM 1.77 L to 5.5 L (increase +210%).
Side radiator dimensions: The depth increases from 32 mm to 86 mm.

OEM front radiator dimensions:
640 mm x 430 mm x 27 mm
V = 7.43 liters
A = 2752 cm²
Dimensions of Wagner Tuning front cooler:
645 mm x 390 mm x 52 mm
V = 13.2 liters (+75%)
A = 2539 cm²

Dimensions of OEM side cooler:
260 mm x 213 mm x 32 mm
V = 1.77 liters
A = 553 cm²
Dimensions of Wagner Tuning side radiator:
264 mm x 242 mm x 86 mm
V = 5.5 liters (+210%)
A = 638 cm² (+15%)
