Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Ford Focus ST MK4 – 180% more volume & upgrade kit

Experience a groundbreaking performance boost for your Ford Focus ST MK4! With the Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler, you can unleash the full potential of your 2.3 Ecoboost engine. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Take the performance of your Focus ST to a whole new level!

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your Ford:
Massive performance increase thanks to 180% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 720 mm x 201 mm x 130 mm (stepped), this intercooler offers a generous charge air volume of 15.4 liters. That’s an incredible 180% increase compared to the standard intercooler (5.5 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and improved power delivery.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of it all is our high-quality performance Intercooler core (bar and plate). The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties and significantly lower back pressure than with the OEM intercooler.
Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 11.9 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions.
Easy installation with precision fit: Installation is effortless by directly replacing the OEM intercooler. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø65 mm, ensuring optimal air supply.
