Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Audi RS4 B9 / RS5 F5 – 185% more volume & plug-and-play

Experience ultimate performance with our Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler for Audi RS4 and RS5! This upgrade was specially developed for the 2.9-liter V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839) and is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Get your Audi ready for maximum performance in every race.

Why our intercooler is the best choice for your Audi:
Massive performance increase thanks to 185% more volume: With mesh dimensions of 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm and a total volume of 5.33 liters, this intercooler offers an impressive 185% larger external mesh volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in power and torque.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our innovative performance mesh. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in a CAD system and perfected using CFD simulations to ensure ideal airflow and outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This also reduces the load on the turbocharger and increases its service life.
Plug-and-play installation: Installation is quick and easy with the plug-and-play method. The kit replaces the standard water-cooled intercooler and comes with detailed installation instructions for hassle-free installation.
Improved efficiency and durability: A special heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating provides optimum protection for the cooler against environmental influences and guarantees a lasting and reliable cooling effect. You can rely on 100% pressure resistance and up to a 4-year warranty.
