Why our Wagner Tuning EVO 1 intercooler is the ultimate choice for your VW Transporter:
Revolutionary cooling performance & volume: With generous core dimensions of 685 mm x 400 mm x 40 mm and an impressive volume of 10.96 liters, this cooler sets new standards. The cooling surface has been increased by an astonishing 67%, while the charge air volume has increased by 32% compared to the original intercooler. The result: massively improved cooling performance for consistent and sustainable power output, even under demanding conditions.
Exclusive high-performance intercooler core: Our exclusive high-performance core is at the heart of this upgrade. It guarantees outstanding cooling properties and ensures optimized air circulation, which maximizes efficiency and reduces thermal power losses.
Flow-optimized end boxes & less back pressure: The free-form end boxes, developed in CAD and made of high-quality cast aluminum, ensure the best possible internal air flow. The significantly reduced back pressure compared to the stock intercooler means optimized performance for your engine and more direct throttle response.
Robust anti-corrosion coating: Our EVO 1 intercooler is also equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating. This not only provides effective protection against rust, but also has excellent thermal conductivity properties, ensuring permanently optimal cooling performance and a significant increase in the performance of your VW Transporter.
Easy plug & play installation: Weighing only 9.4 kg, this powerful intercooler is also weight-optimized. Installation is very easy! Our EVO 1 intercooler is a plug-and-play model that makes replacing the OEM intercooler simple and straightforward. You can continue to use your original intercooler hoses, saving you additional time and effort.
