Wagner Tuning Competition Front Water Cooler for BMW M3/M4 (F80, F82, F83) – 89% more volume incl. certificate

Experience unlimited performance with the ultimate cooling system upgrade for your BMW M3/M4 (F8x)! The Wagner Tuning Competition water cooler kit was specially developed for the 3.0L S55B30 turbo engine. With an impressive 89% increase in volume of the front-mounted cooler in the low-temperature circuit, this upgrade ensures thermal stability and enables constant maximum performance – now including parts certificate.

Why this water cooler kit is a must-have for your BMW M3/M4:
Massive volume expansion: The front water cooler increases the cooler volume in the low-temperature circuit by an impressive +89% compared to the standard part.
Approved & legal: Now with parts certificate for maximum safety and uncomplicated registration.
Direct performance increase: Effectively lowers the coolant temperature in the indirect intercooler circuit. This improves intercooler performance and prevents heat-related power loss (anti-heat soaking).
Competition core technology: The high-performance competition racing core ensures maximum heat transfer and sufficient airflow for all adjacent components.
Durability & protection: Equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating for long-term, reliable cooling.
Plug & play installation: Installation is straightforward and virtually plug & play thanks to detailed installation instructions.

Technical detail: Cooling circuit optimization for the BMW S55
The 3.0-liter S55B30 turbo engine (BMW M3/M4) uses an indirect intercooler circuit (low-temperature circuit) in which the charge air is cooled by separate cooling water. The temperature of this water is the critical factor for engine performance. The Wagner Tuning Competition water cooler kit addresses this bottleneck: the 89% volume expansion of the front cooler massively reduces the temperature of the cooling water. This allows the engine control unit (ECU) to constantly call up higher power, which is essential especially in tuned vehicles (Stage 1, 2, 3) and in racetrack operation.

Technical data in direct comparison (OEM vs. Wagner Tuning front cooler)
The Wagner Tuning front water cooler offers decisive advantages over the standard cooler:
Volume: With 8.5 liters, the Wagner Tuning cooler offers 89% more volume compared to the OEM cooler with 4.5 liters.
Dimensions (surface area): The cooling surface (A) increases by an impressive 46.4% to 2660.5 cm² (vs. OEM 1817 cm²).
Radiator core: A high-performance competition racing intercooler core is used.

Vehicle compatibility (BMW F8x M3/M4)
The Wagner Tuning Competition Water Cooler Kit is plug-and-play compatible with the following BMW M models with the S55B30 engine:
