Wagner Tuning Competition Additional Water Cooler Kit for Mercedes G63 AMG (W463) – 48% more cooling volume

Experience the ultimate performance upgrade for your Mercedes G63 AMG! The Wagner Tuning Competition water cooler kit is the essential upgrade to maximize the cooling performance and thermal stability of your 4.0L V8 biturbo engine (M 177). The impressive 48% increase in volume lowers the coolant temperature and ensures consistent performance, even under extreme conditions.

Why this auxiliary cooler kit is a must-have for the G63 AMG:
Massive cooling volume expansion: Increases the cooler volume of the standard system by an impressive +48% thanks to the newly developed Competition racing core.
Direct performance increase: By effectively lowering the coolant temperature in the indirect intercooler circuit, the charge air is cooled more efficiently, resulting in better performance.
Optimized heat transfer: The design ensures an optimal balance between internal and external cooling surfaces, maximizes heat transfer, and protects adjacent components.
Durable and corrosion-protected: Equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating for long-term efficiency and protection.
Easy plug-and-play installation: The kit is designed for quick and easy installation as a plug-and-play solution and comes with all the necessary silicone hoses and mounting hardware.

Technical detail: Indirect cooling circuit optimization
The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine in the Mercedes G63 AMG uses an innovative indirect intercooler circuit. This means that the hot charge air is not cooled directly by the airflow, but via a separate cooling water circuit. This is where the Wagner Tuning auxiliary water coolers come in: the massive increase in volume effectively lowers the temperature of this cooling water circuit. This is the key to delivering full engine power even under high loads and warm outside temperatures and ensuring stability.
