Our high-performance intercooler was specially developed for the demanding 2.9 liter V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839) of the Audi RS4/RS5 models. It replaces the standard water-cooled intercooler and offers you a multitude of advantages.

With our new performance intercooler core, which measures 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm, we have increased the external core volume by an impressive 185%. The optimal ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and perfected with the help of CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Our high-performance intercooler is therefore also ideally suited for racing and ensures optimum cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.

For a long-lasting and reliable cooling effect, all our Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating. Installation of the system is uncomplicated thanks to our detailed installation instructions and is carried out using the plug & play method.
