Revolutionary performance and cooling for your engine – The Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler kit

Would you like to take the performance and efficiency of your vehicle to a whole new level? Our Competition High Performance Intercooler Kit is the answer. With cutting-edge technology and bespoke design, this kit enables an exciting driving experience.

The two high performance intercoolers in this kit offer net dimensions of 320mm x 238mm x 110mm each, resulting in an impressive total volume of 16.755 liters. This represents a significant 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers. Our Competition high performance network not only ensures excellent cooling performance, but also ensures that your engine receives sufficient cooled air to achieve optimum performance. Despite their impressive performance, these intercoolers are surprisingly light, weighing just 5.3 kg each. The CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes ensure optimal internal airflow and an impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar, which has been proven in tests.

Our kit includes matching carbon air ducts to ensure that the intercoolers are optimally supplied with air. In addition, silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section are included to further improve airflow.

All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also has excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling and is accompanied by a noticeable increase in performance. This kit is completely ready to install and enables simple replacement with the standard intercooler. It even includes two carbon air ducts, silicone hoses and aluminum adapters. All our products are subject to rigorous quality control to ensure they meet the highest standards. This kit has been developed to meet the demands of racing and offers an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø65 mm. Prepare yourself for an exciting performance upgrade. Get the Competition high performance intercooler kit now and see your vehicle take on new power. This kit is the ideal choice for enthusiasts who want to get more out of their engine.

Optionally also available with matching cast aluminum Y-intake manifold! If you buy the intercooler kit in combination with the Y-intake manifold you save 5%.

the high performance Y-charge pipe 001100006-KIT

This unique Y-intake manifold was designed for the best possible internal air flow with the help of extensive CFD simulation. All constrictions of the original intake manifold were eliminated and adapted to a uniform cross-section. This means that the intake air flowing through is no longer unnecessarily blocked by changes in cross-section. This results in a reduction of the back pressure in the charge air system. In your vehicle, this results in a noticeable increase in performance (varies depending on the software version).
