Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler for Audi S3 8P & VAG 2.0 TFSI/TSI – Ultimate cooling performance & 50% more volume

Welcome to the future of performance! The Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 intercooler is the latest masterpiece for a wide range of VAG models with 2.0 TFSI and TSI engines, including the Audi S3 8P, Golf 6 GTI, and Seat Leon Cupra. This high-performance upgrade catapults your vehicle to a new level of performance.

Why our Competition Gen.2 intercooler is the ultimate choice:
Massive performance increase through superior cooling: With its impressive mesh dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and an impressive volume of 17.45 liters, this cooler offers an astonishing 10% larger flow area and an incredible 50% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. This means that your engine gets more air for improved performance and ensures consistent power output.
Groundbreaking competition high-performance mesh & minimized back pressure: At the heart of this intercooler is our groundbreaking competition high-performance mesh. Developed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and special cast aluminum baffles, it ensures optimal internal air distribution. The result is maximum cooling with minimal back pressure, leading to a significant increase in performance.
Complete kit with CNC connections: The CNC-machined hose connections with a diameter of Ø67mm are supplied with matching reinforced silicone hoses to ensure smooth airflow. This kit is a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler, making installation extremely easy and straightforward.
Maximum durability & reliability: In addition to its impressive performance, our intercooler features a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees optimal cooling under all conditions and a long service life. Weighing only 9.2 kg, the cooler is also weight-optimized.
Safety through parts certification: This kit is not only easy to install, but also available with a §19.3 parts certification for many vehicles. This confirms its reliability and safety and enables problem-free registration.
