Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for MINI Cooper S (R55-R61) – 190% more volume & plug & play

Take the performance of your MINI Cooper S to a whole new level! Our Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit has been developed to exceed your expectations and take your driving experience with your MINI Cooper S (R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, R60, R61) to a new level.

Why our intercooler is the ultimate choice for your MINI Cooper S:
Massive performance increase: With impressive net dimensions of 550 mm x 210 mm x 110 mm (stepped, 12.70 liter volume), our intercooler offers an astonishing 230% larger flow area and 190% more charge air volume compared to the stock cooler. This means a dramatic increase in the amount of air supplied to your engine, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance and better acceleration.
Minimal back pressure & optimized airflow: Our Competition high-performance intercooler core ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, optimize the internal airflow to significantly minimize back pressure. Your engine can breathe more freely and unleash its full power.
Easy plug & play installation: Installation is done by simply replacing the factory intercooler. You can easily upgrade your vehicle without having to make any complicated modifications. Weighing only 5.6 kg, the cooler is also pleasantly light, which simplifies handling and installation.
Maximum durability & optimal cooling: Our intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that has excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures durable and optimal cooling for a constant increase in performance. All our products are subject to strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards.
