Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Ford Focus MK3 1.6 EcoBoost – 235% more volume & plug & play

Conquer the road with the ultimate upgrade for your Ford Focus MK3! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Ford Focus MK3 1.6 EcoBoost to a whole new level. This innovative kit is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the power your Ford deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Focus:
Massive performance increase thanks to 235% more charge air volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm and a total volume of 14.08 liters, this intercooler offers an impressive 21% larger flow area (1280 cm² vs. OEM 1056 cm²) and a sensational 235% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: The specially developed Competition high-performance mesh not only excels with first-class cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components. The cast aluminum end boxes, which have been flow-optimized in the CAD system, ensure even filling and minimize back pressure. The connection diameters have also been extended to Ø50 mm on both sides. Weighing only 10.3 kg, the radiator is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar, making it ideal for racing.
Plug & play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the original mounting points, installation is a straightforward plug & play replacement that requires no complex modifications. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. Like all our products, this intercooler is subject to strict quality control.
