Impressive performance increase thanks to massive increase in volume & surface area: With core dimensions of 630 mm x 215 mm x 125 mm and a total volume of 16.9 liters, this intercooler offers a stunning 10% larger flow area (1355 cm² vs. OEM 1230 cm²) and a sensational 72% more charge air volume compared to the factory part. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: Our specially developed Competition high-performance intercooler core maximizes cooling properties, even under the most demanding conditions. The cast aluminum end boxes, which have been flow-optimized in the CAD system, and the integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling and minimal pressure losses. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have also been increased to a generous 70 mm.
