Why our intercooler is the best choice for your Ford Fiesta ST:
Enormous performance increase through improved cooling: With impressive, stepped mesh dimensions of 670 mm x 270 mm x 70 mm, our intercooler offers an astonishing 100% larger flow area and an incredible 113% more charge air volume compared to the factory cooler. This means significantly more fresh, cool air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance, improved combustion, and ultimately greater efficiency.
Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: The end boxes of the cooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CAD designs for the best possible internal airflow. This guarantees excellent airflow and minimizes back pressure. Our high-quality competition high-performance tube-fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures excellent cooling properties and reduces the thermal load on your engine.
Easy plug & play installation: Our kit has been designed for easy installation and is a true plug & play upgrade. You can easily replace your original intercooler with our kit – no complicated adjustments required. All mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
