Wagner Tuning High-Performance Intercooler for Ford F-150 EcoBoost – 108% More Volume & Plug & Play

Boost the performance of your Ford F-150 EcoBoost! With the Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler, you can unleash the true power of your Ford F-150 EcoBoost (3.5l & 2.7l). This innovative upgrade is the key to a massive performance boost, optimized engine cooling, and maximum efficiency that will revolutionize your driving experience.

Why our high-performance intercooler is the best choice for your F-150:
Massive performance boost through increased volume & surface area: With stepped core dimensions of 500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm, our intercooler offers an astonishing 62% larger flow area (1940 cm² vs. OEM 1200 cm²) and a sensational 108% more charge air volume (19.9 liters vs. OEM 9.6 liters) compared to the factory part. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable and sustainable increase in performance.
Optimal cooling performance & minimal back pressure: Thanks to our new Competition high-performance intercoller core, your engine always stays at the optimal operating temperature. The CAD-optimized end boxes made of cast aluminum and the internal turbulators ensure excellent cooling properties and significantly lower back pressure, which is particularly noticeable at low intake temperatures.
High quality and easy installation: The kit weighs only 13.2 kg and is extremely robust. Installation is straightforward and requires no complex adjustments. The intercooler is simply replaced in a plug & play system. The supplied mounting material and a matching silicone hose facilitate installation. Like all our products, this intercooler is subject to strict quality control.
