Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Fiat 595 Abarth – 131% more volume & plug-and-play

Unleash the power of your Fiat 595 Abarth! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit, you can take the performance of your Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the power your Abarth deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Abarth:
Massive performance increase thanks to 131% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm and a total volume of 9.8 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 85% larger flow area and a massive 131% more mesh volume compared to the two original side coolers. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. The result: significantly improved engine response.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Installation is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that replaces the two original side coolers with a central front intercooler. The kit is completely ready to install, and installation is very easy thanks to the detailed instructions. Weighing only 6 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
