Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Fiat 500 Abarth – 131% more volume & plug-and-play

Unleash the performance of your Fiat 500 Abarth! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit, you can take the performance of your Fiat 500 Abarth 1.4 Turbo to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the unique driving experience your Abarth deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Abarth:
Massive performance increase thanks to 131% more volume: This high-performance intercooler replaces the two original side coolers and, with its dimensions of 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm, offers an impressive 85% larger flow area and a sensational 131% more charge air volume (9.8 liters vs. OEM 4.3 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: The innovative Competition mesh (Tube Fin) was developed specifically for the Fiat 500 Abarth. The cast aluminum end boxes, which have been flow-optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, ensure ideal internal airflow and minimal back pressure. The newly developed elliptical hose connection also reduces the charge air distance, which significantly improves response.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the supplied cross member and detailed instructions, installation is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that requires no complex modifications. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. Like all our products, this intercooler is subject to strict quality control.
