Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for VAG 2.0TSI (EA888 Gen.4) – 97% more volume & upgrade kit with certificate

Unleash the full potential of your VAG vehicle! With the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler, you can take the performance of your 2.0 TSI (EA888.4) engine to a whole new level. This upgrade is the ideal solution for improving cooling performance and achieving a massive increase in power. Enjoy an extraordinary driving experience – legally and with a parts certificate.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your VAG:
Massive performance increase thanks to 97% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm, this high-performance intercooler offers a sensational volume of 17.7 liters. That’s an incredible 97% increase compared to the standard cooler (9 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in power and torque.
Optimal airflow & 57% less back pressure: Our newly developed competition high-performance intercooler core (tube fin) not only enables excellent cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using state-of-the-art CAD technology and CFD simulations. The result is a significantly reduced back pressure of 57%, which mechanically relieves the turbocharger and increases its service life.
Improved durability and easy installation: The intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that has excellent thermal conductivity properties and ensures a lasting cooling effect. Weighing only 9.2 kg, the system remains lightweight and installation is straightforward thanks to plug-and-play and our detailed instructions.
100% legal with parts certificate: This kit comes with a parts certificate, so you can register it without hesitation. This ensures a safe and legal performance upgrade.
