Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit for Audi S4 B5 & A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo – Max. Cooling

Revolutionize the performance of your Audi S4 B5 or A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo with the redesigned Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit. This high-performance upgrade is specially designed to significantly improve intercooling, minimize back pressure, and give your engine a noticeable performance boost.

Why our Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit is the ultimate choice:
Massively improved cooling performance: With impressive mesh dimensions of (220x215x90) per intercooler, our high-performance intercoolers offer a 38% larger flow area and a full 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh, featuring the latest tube-fin technology, ensures maximum cooling performance and maintains a consistently low intercooler temperature.
Flow-optimized for maximum efficiency: The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using flow analyses, guarantee optimal internal airflow. The result: significantly reduced back pressure and a noticeable increase in performance of your 2.7 biturbo engine.
Plug & Play installation: This intercooler kit was developed specifically for the Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4. It is easily mounted at the original mounting points, enabling a hassle-free plug & play installation without any complicated adjustments.
Includes elegant carbon air ducts: The scope of delivery also includes visually appealing carbon air ducts for the right and left sides. These not only optimize the air supply to the intercoolers, but also give your engine compartment an exclusive, sporty look.
Optimal connection diameter: With a connection diameter of Ø53mm for inlet and outlet, this kit is ideally suited to the requirements of the 2.7 biturbo engine and ensures unobstructed air flow.
Lightweight construction & premium quality: Despite the massive increase in performance, the kit weighs only 12.4 kg. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring, which guarantees you maximum reliability and durability.
