Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler EVO3 for BMW 135i & 335i (N54/N55) – 182% more volume & plug & play

Unleash the power of your BMW 135i or 335i! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3, you can take the performance of your BMW E-series with N54 and N55 engines to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade was developed specifically for demanding tuning levels and is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your BMW:
Massive performance increase thanks to 182% more charge air volume: With stepped dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and an impressive total volume of 20.65 liters, the high-performance intercooler offers a sensational 162% larger flow area and a massive 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance even at high outside temperatures.
Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize the internal airflow. The inlets and outlets have also been enlarged to Ø70 mm, which further optimizes the air throughput.
Plug & play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the original mounting points, installation is a straightforward plug & play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 13.2 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
