Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 3 for Audi TTRS 8J – 142% more volume & with parts certificate

Experience new dimensions of performance! Our Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 3 is the ultimate upgrade for your Audi TTRS 8J and is now available with parts certification. This kit sets new standards in terms of performance and cooling and is the perfect choice for performance enthusiasts.

Why our EVO 3 intercooler is the best choice for your TTRS:
Massive performance increase: With impressive dimensions of 515 mm x 367[274] mm x 95 mm, the EVO 3 offers an enormous 120% larger flow area and an incredible 142% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This massive increase ensures significantly improved cooling performance, which is directly noticeable in a noticeable increase in performance.
Two mesh variants for every requirement: Choose between the standard version (for power classes up to 600 hp) and the X version (for power classes above 600 hp) to find the perfect match for your vehicle. This ensures that your radiator always delivers maximum performance, even under extreme conditions.
Flow-optimized & minimal back pressure: The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized in the CAD system and with flow analyses. Integrated air deflectors in the inlet guarantee even filling of the radiator, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Simple plug-and-play installation: The intercooler and the original cross member form a stable unit that is easily mounted at the factory mounting points. Thanks to the plug-and-play principle, the 1:1 replacement is straightforward. The connection diameters of 68 mm on both sides are precisely matched to the requirements of the kit.
Highest quality and safety: With a weight of only 18 kg and thanks to constant quality monitoring, you can rely on the highest standards. The enclosed parts certificate makes registration and legal compliance for your Audi TTRS 8J incredibly easy.
