Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 for BMW Z4 E89 (sDrive35i / sDrive35is) – 90% more volume & plug & play

Boost the performance of your BMW Z4 E89! Our Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 is the ultimate solution for unleashing the full potential of your BMW Z4 sDrive35i and sDrive35is. Your BMW deserves only the best performance enhancements, and our kit will ensure that your vehicle gets exactly that.

Why our EVO 2 intercooler is the best choice for your BMW Z4:
Dramatic performance increase through optimized cooling:
With impressive net dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm, our intercooler offers an astonishing 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory cooler. This enables significantly improved intercooling, which directly leads to increased performance and a noticeable increase in torque.
Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: Our new Competition high-performance mesh not only ensures optimal cooling, but also sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, ensure the best possible internal airflow and significantly minimize back pressure. This allows your engine to work more efficiently and develop its full power.
Completely ready to install & easy installation: The kit is completely ready to install and allows for a hassle-free 1:1 replacement of the OEM intercooler. You get reinforced silicone hoses and high-quality stainless steel clamps that make installation even easier. A true plug & play experience!
Highest quality & durability: All our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling. We place great emphasis on quality and continuously monitor the manufacturing of our products to ensure that they meet the highest standards.
