Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Competition Intercooler for Audi TTRS 8J (incl. cross member) – Ultimate Performance & Racing Cooling Power

Discover ultimate performance and unleash the true power of your Audi TTRS 8J with the Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Competition Intercooler. This high-end upgrade is the answer for anyone looking for maximum performance, uncompromising quality, and racing cooling performance. Take your vehicle to a new level and dominate the roads!

Why our Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Audi TTRS 8J:
Massive performance increase through superior cooling: Our EVO 2 intercooler impresses with impressive intercooler core dimensions of 535 mm x 260 mm x 95 mm. This means an astonishing 62.5% larger flow area and a massive 94% increase in charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The result: significantly improved cooling performance and thus constant power output even under the most extreme racing conditions.
Innovative competition high-performance intercooler core: The secret of our EVO 2 intercooler lies in the specially developed competition high-performance core. This design not only provides superior cooling for the charge air, but also ensures that the adjacent components (such as the water cooler) receive sufficient airflow – a decisive advantage for overall system performance.
Flow-optimized end boxes & minimal back pressure: The end boxes, made of high-quality cast aluminum, have been carefully optimized in the CAD system to ensure perfect internal airflow. This results in minimal back pressure and maximizes efficiency, so you experience noticeably improved performance and optimized cooling of the charged air.
Lightweight construction & perfect integration: Weighing less than 10 kg, this powerful intercooler is lighter than many other coolers on the market, which helps to reduce unsprung masses. The kit comes with a cross member, ensuring a stable unit with the original vehicle structure and simplifying installation.
Easy plug & play installation: Installation is a breeze! Thanks to the 1:1 replacement, the intercooler can be easily installed at the original mounting points – a true plug & play experience. No additional adjustments are necessary.
Racing quality & reliability: The Wagner Tuning intercooler is not just an upgrade, but a statement. It is tailor-made for racing and offers outstanding cooling properties paired with a stable construction. Trust in the strict quality control of our products for durability and top performance.
