Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Intercooler Kit for Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI – 87% larger surface area & plug & play

Take the performance of your Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI to a whole new level! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Evo 2 Kit, you can unleash the true power of your Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI. This innovative upgrade is the key to a significant increase in performance, optimized engine cooling, and maximum efficiency, even under the toughest conditions.

Why our EVO 2 intercooler is the ultimate choice for your Audi RSQ3:
Massive performance increase through increased volume and surface area: Our intercooler kit offers an impressive 87% larger flow area (1560 cm² vs. OEM 832 cm²) and a 70% larger charge air volume (15.6 liters vs. OEM 9.15 liters) compared to the factory part. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable and sustainable increase in performance.
Optimal cooling performance & minimal back pressure: Thanks to our specially developed Competition high-performance mesh, your engine always remains at the optimal operating temperature. The design has been conceived in such a way that, despite its performance, it ensures excellent airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The cast aluminum end boxes, which have been flow-optimized in the CAD system, and the integrated air deflectors at the inlet ensure uniform filling of the intercooler and reduce back pressure.
Racing-grade quality and easy installation: The kit weighs only 11.2 kg and is extremely robust. It is equipped with an enlarged 66 mm inlet and outlet for maximum throughput. Installation is a straightforward 1:1 replacement thanks to the original mounting points. The intercooler forms a stable unit with the supplied cross member. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
