Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S now available with parts certificate and two different intercooler core options

Wagner Tuning EVO3 intercooler for Audi TTRS 8S – 101% more volume & parts certified

Get your Audi TTRS 8S ready for a performance boost! With the Wagner Tuning EVO3 high-performance intercooler, you can take your vehicle’s performance to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ultimate solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance – now with official parts certification.

Why our EVO3 intercooler is the best choice for your TTRS 8S:
Massive performance increase thanks to 101% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm (stepped) and a total volume of 16.5 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 84% larger flow area and a massive 101% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, even under the highest loads.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition high-performance mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD flow analyses, maximize the internal airflow. An additional integrated air baffle ensures even filling. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the response of your engine.
Two versions for maximum performance: You can choose between the standard version for power classes up to 600 hp and the X version for power above 600 hp to ensure perfect cooling for your individual setup.
Professional installation & highest quality: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the detailed installation instructions, is an uncomplicated replacement that requires only minimal adjustments. The intercooler forms a stable unit with the original cross member and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. Weighing only 11.7 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
