Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Core, 550x356x95mm Lightweight Construction & Maximum Cooling Performance for Racing

Experience the pinnacle of cooling performance with our Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Mesh. This high-performance component was specially developed for demanding use in racing and sets new standards for maximum efficiency and reliability with its precise dimensions of 550mm width x 356mm height x 95mm depth (connection dimension 85mm). It is the ideal choice for motorsport applications looking for optimal intercooler cooling.

Product highlights & performance advantages:
Generous dimensions (550x356x95 mm): With its impressive size, the mesh offers maximum cooling surface area and is ideal for effectively lowering the temperature of the intake air flow, which significantly optimizes engine performance and minimizes the risk of power loss due to overheating.
Extremely lightweight (only 7.4 kg): Weighing only 7.4 kg, this mesh significantly contributes to reducing the overall weight of your race car. This optimizes driving dynamics and leads to improved overall performance, which is crucial on the race track.
Minimal back pressure: Thanks to its efficient construction and special design, the mesh significantly minimizes back pressure in the charge air system. The result is a smooth airflow that leads to improved engine response and a noticeable increase in performance.
Internal high-performance turbulators: Equipped with innovative turbulators that optimally guide the airflow inside the radiator and ensure even, effective cooling across the entire surface.
Flow-optimized tubes for maximum efficiency: The tubes of the mesh are specifically flow-optimized to maximize both internal and external air passage. This technical refinement significantly improves cooling performance and ensures that your engine is always optimally supplied with cold, dense charge air.
