Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Gen.2 for VAG 1.4T(F)SI – 50% more volume & with parts certificatey

Welcome to the Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit! This upgrade was developed to take the performance of your VAG vehicle with a 1.4T(F)SI engine to a new level and set new standards for performance and cooling.

Why our intercooler is the ultimate choice for your 1.4T(F)SI:
Massive performance increase: With impressive net dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm (equivalent to 17.45 liters), our intercooler offers a 10% larger flow area and a 50% increase in charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The result: more power, a noticeable increase in performance, and better responsiveness.
Optimal airflow & reduced back pressure: The CNC-machined hose connections with a diameter of Ø67 mm and the free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum developed in the CAD system optimize the internal air distribution. The kit comes with matching silicone hoses to ensure a perfect connection and significantly reduced back pressure.
Plug-and-play installation: Replacing the OEM intercooler is straightforward and can be done without any problems. Weighing only 9.2 kg, the cooler is also light and easy to handle, which further simplifies installation.
Maximum quality & legal certainty: All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. The high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties ensures permanent, optimal cooling. The kit is available with a parts certificate for various models, which guarantees registration and legal certainty.
