Wagner Tuning Gen.2 Intercooler for Audi RS4 B5 – 89% more volume & carbon air ducting

Get ready to push the limits! With the Wagner Tuning Gen.2 Competition Intercooler Kit, you can take your Audi RS4 B5 to the next level of performance. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Experience the power your RS4 B5 deserves.

Why our Gen.2 intercooler is the best choice for your RS4 B5:
Massive performance increase thanks to 89% more volume: The brand-new high-performance intercoolers impress with mesh dimensions of 255 mm x 265 mm x 90 mm (per cooler). This means an impressive 46% larger front surface area and a massive 89% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our newly developed competition high-performance mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using advanced CFD flow analysis, ensure optimal internal airflow. This kit was specially developed for the high demands of the Audi RS4 to meet the requirements of racing.
Perfection down to the last detail: The kit also includes carbon air ducts, which not only improve performance but also add a visually appealing accent to the engine compartment. The intercoolers weigh only 4.2 kg each, making them lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
Professional installation: Installation is effortless at the original mounting points, meaning you can enjoy the benefits without any hassle. This kit, which combines performance and convenience, is also a significant improvement over the Performance Gen.1 version.
