Wagner Tuning intercooler for VW Tiguan 2.0 TSI – 50% more volume & certified

Experience performance on a whole new level! With the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler, you can take your VW Tiguan 2.0 TSI to the next level of performance. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a noticeable increase in performance – all with official parts certification.

Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your Tiguan:
Massive performance increase thanks to 50% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a total volume of 17.45 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 10% larger flow area and a massive 50% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition high-performance mesh, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, have been flow-optimized to maximize internal airflow. This design not only improves cooling, but also the responsiveness of your engine.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the detailed installation instructions, is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that does not require any complex modifications. Weighing only 9.2 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
