Wagner Tuning Intercooler for VW Polo GTI & Audi A1 – 73% more volume & plug-and-play

Boost the performance of your VW Polo AW GTI or Audi A1 GB! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit, you can take your vehicle to a whole new level of performance. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Discover the possibilities and enjoy an unparalleled driving experience.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice:
Massive performance increase thanks to 73% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 600 mm x 167 [101] mm x 125 [90] mm (stepped) and a total volume of 11.14 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 24% larger flow area and a massive 73% more mesh volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. This kit is perfect for racing and ensures optimal cooling of the charged air.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the plug-and-play principle, is an uncomplicated replacement that requires only minimal adjustments to the bumper. Weighing only 7.3 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust.
Maximum protection and durability: A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and optimal cooling effect. Our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring to meet the highest standards for racing and road use.
