Wagner Tuning Intercooler for VW Amarok 3.0 TDI – 81% more volume & plug-and-play

Enrich your driving experience and unleash the true power of your VW Amarok! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your pickup to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a noticeable increase in performance.

Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your Amarok:
Massive performance increase thanks to 81% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 590 mm x 425 mm x 65 mm and a total volume of 16.3 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 81% increase in external mesh volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the design is our high-quality competition mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. Intelligent airflow in the radiator inlet ensures even filling. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the response of your engine.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the detailed installation instructions, is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that does not require any complex modifications. Weighing only 9.75 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
