Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Kia Optima GT – 120% more volume & plug-and-play

Get the most out of your Kia Optima GT! With the Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler, you can take your Kia Optima GT to a whole new level of performance. This innovative kit is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Discover the possibilities and enjoy an unparalleled driving experience.

Why our high-performance intercooler is the best choice for your Kia Optima:
Massive performance increase thanks to 120% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 340 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm and a total volume of 14.71 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 104% larger flow area and a massive 120% more mesh volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. A specially designed air baffle ensures even filling of the mesh and sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the plug-and-play principle, is an uncomplicated replacement that does not require any complex modifications.
Maximum protection and durability: A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and optimal cooling effect under all environmental conditions. Our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring to meet the highest standards for racing and road use.
