Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Hyundai i20 N – 98% more volume & upgrade kit with parts certificate

Discover the ultimate performance upgrade for your Hyundai i20 N! Take your vehicle’s performance to a whole new level with the brand new Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Enjoy an extraordinary driving experience – legally and with parts certification.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your Hyundai:
Massive performance increase thanks to 98% more volume: With impressive dimensions of 580 mm x 181 mm x 70 mm + 580 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm (stepped mesh), our high-performance mesh offers a volume of 12.9 liters. This is an incredible 98% increase compared to the standard intercooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Improved cooling performance & 46% larger flow area: The 46% larger flow area (1050 cm² vs. OEM 720 cm²) in combination with the stepped mesh ensures maximum heat transfer. The high-quality cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CAD design and CFD simulations to ensure minimal back pressure and ideal airflow.
Optimized design and durability: The innovative competition mesh (tube fin) and a specially designed air baffle ensure ideal airflow, even to adjacent components. The intercooler is particularly light, weighing only 8.5 kg. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating protects the cooler from environmental influences and guarantees a lasting cooling effect.
100% legal with parts certificate: This kit comes with a parts certificate, so you can register it without hesitation. This ensures a safe and legal performance upgrade.
