Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Honda Civic Type R FL5 – 145% more volume & upgrade kit

Revolutionize the performance of your Honda Civic Type R FL5! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler, you get the ultimate performance boost for an unparalleled driving experience. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, optimizing airflow, and achieving a massive increase in power. Get ready for an upgrade that will rev your engine to the max.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your Civic Type R:
Massive power increase thanks to 145% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 580 mm x 400 mm x 70 mm, our intercooler offers a sensational volume of 16.2 liters. That’s an incredible 145% increase compared to the standard cooler (6.6 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Outstanding cooling performance & 118% larger flow area: The special competition high-performance intercooler core ensures outstanding cooling properties. The free-form end boxes made of high-quality cast aluminum, which were developed in CAD, ensure optimal internal airflow and reduce back pressure. With an impressive 118% larger flow area (2320 cm² vs. OEM 1064 cm²), cooling performance is dramatically improved, even under extreme conditions.
Optimized design and durability: A high-quality anti-corrosion coating protects the radiator from environmental influences and guarantees long-lasting, optimal cooling performance. The impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar ensures that the intercooler can withstand even the toughest demands and is ideal for racing.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Our ready-to-install kit allows for easy replacement of the standard intercooler. No complex modifications are required, so you can benefit from the impressive advantages as quickly as possible. In addition, the reinforced silicone hoses supplied optimize the entire charge air path.
