Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Honda Civic FK7 1.5 VTec Turbo – 144% more volume & plug & play

Unleash the power of your Honda Civic FK7! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Honda Civic FK7 1.5 VTec Turbo to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade has been specially developed for demanding tuning levels and is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the performance your Civic deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Civic:
Massive performance increase thanks to 144% more charge air volume: With stepped core dimensions of 715 mm x 162 mm x 122 mm and an impressive total volume of 12.7 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 42% larger flow area and a massive 144% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance even at high outside temperatures.
Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin Intercooler core with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize the internal airflow. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for high tuning levels and is optionally available with Ø60mm piping, which further optimizes air flow.
Plug & play installation & highest quality: Installation is a straightforward plug & play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 7.5 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. Like all our products, this intercooler is subject to strict quality control.
