Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Ford Ranger (PX2) – 279% more volume & plug-and-play

Experience a groundbreaking increase in performance and optimal cooling for your Ford Ranger! Unleash the full potential of your Ford Ranger PX2 2.2 TDCi with the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Get your pickup ready for an impressive driving experience.

Why our intercooler is the best choice for your Ford Ranger:
Massive performance increase thanks to 279% more volume: With an innovative competition intercooler core(tube fin) and impressive dimensions, this intercooler offers an external core volume of 21.3 liters. This means a 32% larger frontal flow area and an incredible 279% more external core volume compared to the standard intercooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: The cast aluminum end boxes were developed using CAD design and optimized with CFD simulations to ensure even filling of the intercooler core. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 11.5 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is straightforward at the original mounting points and, thanks to the plug-and-play principle, is a simple replacement that requires no additional adjustments.
