Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Audi A6/A7 (C8) – 105% more volume & plug-and-play

Unleash the full potential of your Audi A6 or A7 (C8)! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take your vehicle to a whole new level of performance. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Experience impressive power delivery and outstanding reliability on every drive.

Why our intercooler is the best choice for your Audi:
Massive increase in power thanks to 105% more volume: With impressive net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm and a total volume of 17,130 cm³ (17.13 liters), this intercooler offers a sensational 134% larger flow area and a massive 105% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow, resulting in outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Thanks to the plug-and-play principle, installation is a straightforward replacement that requires no complex modifications. The intercooler has also been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
Improved efficiency and durability: A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions. Weighing only 9.5 kg, the cooler is particularly light and ideal for racing.
