Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Audi SQ5 FY – 105% more volume & plug-and-play

Experience the ultimate performance boost for your Audi SQ5 FY! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Audi SQ5 FY 3.0 TFSI to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive performance boost. Experience the power your SUV deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Audi SQ5:
Massive performance increase thanks to 105% more charge air volume: With impressive net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm and a total volume of 17.13 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 134% larger flow area and a massive 105% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. The lower back pressure not only improves cooling, but also the responsiveness of your engine.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the original mounting points, installation is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 9.5 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
