Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Audi RS3 (8Y) – 57% more volume & upgrade kit

Discover the true potential of your Audi RS3 (8Y)! With the revolutionary Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take your vehicle’s performance to a whole new level. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance and achieving a massive increase in power. Get ready for an unparalleled driving experience.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your RS3:

Massive increase in power thanks to 57% more volume: With impressive dimensions of 660 mm x 180 mm x 110 mm, our intercooler offers a sensational volume of 13.07 liters. That’s an incredible 57% increase compared to the standard cooler (8.3 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Outstanding cooling performance & 14% larger flow area: The high-quality competition intercooler core (tube fin) with internal turbulators offers a 14% larger flow area (1188 cm² vs. OEM 1043 cm²). The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CFD flow analyses to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result: excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Lightweight and robust construction: weighing only 8.3 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating protects the cooler from environmental influences and guarantees a lasting, optimal cooling effect. It has been tested in pressure tests up to 6 bar and has proven to be absolutely pressure-stable.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is easy as a 1:1 replacement at the original mounting points and requires no additional effort. The kit includes an air duct that ensures optimal airflow.
