FABRICS OF FILTERS

Common performance air filters are made from large cotton yarns, whereas Sprint Filter polyester air filters are constructed with much finer and calibrated yarns. This advanced construction allows the Sprint Filter polyester fabric to offer better filtration and superior air permeability, as demonstrated by rigorous testing. Unlike cotton fabric, which shows inconsistent results due to its weaker structure, Sprint Filter polyester maintains consistent and precise performance over time.

The uniform and compact polyester filter element is made from thin filaments, forming a mesh of several dozen microns that traps significant particles while ensuring a very high air flow rate. Our polyester air filters guarantee airflow levels that exceed those of cotton filters or OEM paper filters. The simple equation is: More Air = More Power!

EFFICIENCY FILTRATION

Sprint Filter polyester air filters retain:

• 93.13% of 100 μm particles (Sprint Filter P08 air filter)
• 91.8% of 37 μm particles (Sprint Filter P037 air filter)
• 95.22% of 100 μm particles (Sprint Filter P08F1-85 air filter)

In comparison, a standard 4-layer oil-soaked cotton filter only retains 76.42% of the particles. The uniform structure of Sprint Filter air filters ensures less air flow disturbance, thanks to our exclusive patented single-layer polyester filtering material.
