The Akrapovic M240i (G42) Slip-On Line (Titanium) S-BM/T/32H exhaust system is engineered to enhance both the performance and driving experience of your BMW M240i. Made from ultra-lightweight high-grade titanium, this system significantly reduces weight while boosting power and torque. The system features two valves, instead of the stock single valve configuration, to precisely control the exhaust sound. This modification is paired with acoustic reflectors on the tailpipes that guide the sound into the cabin, creating an immersive and thrilling soundtrack for all occupants.

The addition of a TNG controller activates the extra exhaust valve, while two resonators on each side of the central muffler fine-tune the sound, creating a smooth and rich tone at cruising speeds that intensifies into a deep, sporty soundtrack when driving enthusiastically. The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit provides even more control over the exhaust’s sound profile directly from within the cockpit.

This Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system has been designed with precision using special cast parts from the Akrapovic in-house foundry. It is ECE type-approved and requires no remapping for installation, making it a straightforward upgrade for any BMW M240i with an OPF (Otto Particulate Filter).

An additional stock valve actuator (part number 18 30 8 686 640) is required when installing the exhaust system on the BMW M240i (G42).
