The Akrapovic GLE 63 / GLE 63 S (W167) Evolution Line (Titanium) S-ME/TI/16H/1 exhaust system is designed for the ultimate driving experience, offering impressive power gains and a thrilling sound. This exhaust system delivers 6.3 kW (8.6 hp) and a 21.3 Nm torque increase at 2,800 rpm, as tested on the Akrapovic dyno, comparing it to the stock AMG Performance exhaust system of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé.

This system is equipped with three exhaust valves that are operated by a specially developed control kit. The valves are positioned on either side of the muffler, as well as in the active X-connection in the link pipe, ensuring optimal sound tuning. These exhaust valves, along with the X-connection, are carefully cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry, ensuring excellent craftsmanship and precise control over the exhaust sound.

The result is a full-bodied sound at idle, transitioning to a strong burble as the revs increase, and reaching a high-frequency sporty tone at higher RPMs. This sound profile not only enhances the driving experience but also creates an engaging and dynamic exhaust note.

The Akrapovic GLE 63 / GLE 63 S (W167) Evolution Line (Titanium) S-ME/TI/16H/1 is designed to be a plug-and-play system that requires no ECU remapping during installation, making it a hassle-free upgrade. The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit provides additional sound control, allowing the driver to adjust the exhaust’s tone for an even more tailored driving experience.

High-Quality Construction

Made from high-grade lightweight titanium, this exhaust system offers a 34.2% weight saving compared to the stock AMG Performance exhaust, enhancing overall performance. The tailpipes are crafted from handcrafted carbon fibre with a titanium inner sleeve, providing a striking visual impact and added durability.

Fitment & Compliance

The Evolution Line (Titanium) is ECE type-approved for cars equipped with an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF). It is designed to replace the AMG Performance exhaust system directly, with no additional modifications needed. However, if you choose to install the Akrapovic Sound Kit, the ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) will no longer be valid.
