The Akrapovic GLA 45 / GLA 45 S (H247) OPF/GPF Evolution Line (Titanium) S-ME/T/1H exhaust system delivers a thrilling auditory experience for drivers, offering a range of sound profiles from smooth, everyday driving to an exhilarating sporty sound. The system enhances the car’s engine tones without introducing any discomfort or drone, and when the throttle is pushed, it provides a deep midrange and high-frequency roar. The distinctive sound continues to evolve as the revs increase, delivering amazing crackles during over-run and making every gear shift an exciting event.

This exhaust system is meticulously crafted with a design and configuration that not only improves sound but also offers significant weight savings compared to the stock system. It optimizes the car’s performance by increasing power and torque throughout the rev range. Back-to-back testing on the Akrapovic dyno showed an increase of 6.4 kW at 6,400 rpm and 9.1 Nm at 6,700 rpm, compared to a Mercedes-AMG A 45 with the standard exhaust.

The system’s flow path further enhances the exhaust gases’ movement, providing tuning potential that can be further optimized with the optional Downpipe (SS).

The Akrapovic GLA 45 / GLA 45 S Evolution Line (Titanium) is ECE type approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter. However, when the optional Downpipe (SS) is added, the ECE type approval becomes invalid.

Please note that S-ME/T/1H and L-ME/SS/3 must be ordered separately as the system is divided into two codes for packaging purposes.
