KW V4 Racing - Triple adjustable racing technology for the circuit The new KW V4 Racing racing suspension is a further development of our GT4 customer sport applications and the ideal performance tool for track tools and thoroughbred racing cars. In comparison to a KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspension, the KW V4 Racing does not have a parts certificate and its entire design has been developed exclusively for track day and circuit use with motorsport tires. Independent The KW V4 Racing can be independently adjusted in the low-speed and high-speed forces of the compression stage and independently in the low-speed rebound stage. Designed for competition without compromise The KW V4 Racing racing suspension is a vehicle-specific motorsport application and is available in different versions for a wide range of vehicles. Many of our motorsport customers choose a KW V4 Racing if they take part in track days with non-road-legal vehicles or do not want to use a homologated customer sport suspension. The KW V4 Racing is designed in its entirety to be vehicle-specific for the Nürburgring Nordschleife in terms of axle geometry, ground clearance, damping, spring rates, spring travel and wheel loads. We manufacture the KW V4 Racing racing suspension with MacPherson struts made of galvanized steel with upside-down damper cartridges directly in Fichtenberg. The piggyback or external reservoir is attached directly to the chassis. The damper characteristics of the chassis, which can be separately adjusted with 15 clicks in the low-speed compression stage, 12 clicks in the high-speed compression stage and 18 clicks in the low-speed rebound stage, enable extensive characteristic curve design. Each click ensures individual adjustment. - Aluminium unibal support bearings (camber is adjustable depending on the vehicle) - Linear high-strength racing springs - Adjustable compression damping in low speed - Adjustable compression damping in high speed - Adjustable rebound damping in low speed - MacPherson struts made of galvanised steel alloy - Rear axle damper housing made of aluminium alloy (depending on application)
