KW V3 Racing – dual adjustable racing technology for the circuit The KW V3 Racing racing suspension is the entry-level model in our motorsport program with multi-adjustable damper technology. The KW V3 Racing is independently adjustable in the low-speed forces of the compression and rebound stage. In comparison to a KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspension, the KW V3 Racing does not have a parts certificate and its entire design is developed exclusively for track day and circuit use. Uncompromising motorsport performance without compromises The KW V3 Racing racing suspension is a vehicle-specific motorsport application and is available in different versions for a wide range of vehicles. Many of our motorsport customers choose a KW V3 Racing if they want to take part in various circuit events with their racing vehicles, such as the Nürburgring eV Circuit Challenge or track days with non-road-legal vehicles. The KW V3 Racing is designed in its entirety to be specific to the Nürburgring Nordschleife in terms of axle geometry, ground clearance, damping, spring rates, spring travel and wheel loads. Depending on the vehicle, the KW V3 Racing is manufactured with damper housings made of high-strength aluminum or galvanized steel or as MacPherson struts directly in Fichtenberg after the order has been received. The damper characteristics of the chassis, which can be adjusted separately with twelve clicks in the low-speed compression stage and with 16 clicks in the low-speed rebound stage, enable extensive characteristic curve design. Each click ensures individual adjustment. - Aluminum unibal support bearings (depending on the vehicle, the camber is adjustable) - Linear high-strength racing springs - Adjustable compression damping in low speed - Adjustable rebound damping in low speed - Damper housing made of high-strength aluminum or in galvanized steel
