Akrapovic BMW XM (G09) Sound Kit P-HF1553

The Akrapovic BMW XM (G09) Sound Kit P-HF1553 provides additional control over the sound of compatible Akrapovič exhaust systems. Designed for drivers seeking a more personalised driving experience, this optional accessory allows convenient switching between quieter and sportier exhaust sound settings directly from the cockpit.

Adjustable Exhaust Sound Control

Using Akrapovič technology, the Sound Kit enables drivers to regulate exhaust valve operation through the Sound Remote Controller.

The system uses a receiver to control the actuators responsible for opening and closing the exhaust valves, allowing the driver to adjust the exhaust sound according to personal preference.

Key features include:

• Remote sound control: Adjust exhaust valve operation from inside the vehicle.
• Selectable sound settings: Switch between quieter and sportier exhaust characteristics.
• Akrapovič integration: Designed for selected compatible Akrapovič exhaust systems.

Compatibility and ECE Approval of Akrapovic BMW XM (G09) Sound Kit P-HF1553

The Sound Kit is an optional accessory for compatible Akrapovič exhaust systems. The receiver is already included in the Evolution system described by the manufacturer.

Important: Installing the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit invalidates the exhaust system’s ECE type approval. Always check applicable road-use regulations and compatibility before installation.
