Payments / Order

Yes, VAT is applied based on the delivery country of your order.

As we are a company based in Lithuania, the standard Lithuanian VAT rate is 21%. However, when you place an order from another EU country, the VAT rate of your local country will be applied automatically at checkout.

If your order is shipped outside the European Union, VAT is not charged at checkout. However, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees when the shipment arrives in your country.

The correct VAT amount is automatically calculated during checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Some modifications may affect your vehicle’s warranty, while others may not.

As warranty policies can vary between manufacturers, dealerships, and finance providers, we cannot confirm whether installing any of our products will impact your vehicle’s warranty.

We recommend contacting your vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or warranty/finance provider directly to confirm how specific modifications may affect your warranty coverage.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer installation services.

We operate a shop, showroom, and warehouse, but we work with trusted professional partners who can install the products we offer.

Our installation partners are located in Kaunas, Vilnius, and Klaipėda, Lithuania. If you need installation assistance, feel free to contact us and we will recommend a suitable partner.

Shipping

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking information for your package.

We usually send shipping updates via WhatsApp. If your phone number is not connected to WhatsApp, we will send the tracking information by email instead.

You will receive a tracking link along with a photo of your packaged order. If you choose postal shipping, we will also provide instructions on how to track your shipment.

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can see the estimated shipping cost for your location at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Please note that the shipping prices shown at checkout are approximate and may vary depending on the product size, weight, and destination. If you would like to receive an exact shipping quote for your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
