Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001113

Prepare to push the performance limits of your BMW 135i or 335i with our EVO3 high performance intercooler kit. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of high performance tuning levels, this kit will provide you with an impressive level of performance enhancement and cooling.

Measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), our high performance intercooler offers an impressive 162% larger flow area and a whopping 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This means a significant improvement in the cooling capacity and performance of your vehicle. At the heart of this intercooler is our high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. This mesh ensures efficient heat transfer and optimizes airflow for maximum cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler only weighs a light 13.2kg.

The intercooler’s end boxes are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. This guarantees outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø70mm to ensure maximum air flow.

Our EVO3 kit includes everything you need for installation, including reinforced silicone hoses. Replacement with the standard intercooler is simple and straightforward (plug and play). The anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling. This kit was developed for the highest performance requirements and is tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. We place great emphasis on quality and constantly monitor our products to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Prepare to dominate the road and take your vehicle to a new level of performance. With our EVO3 high performance intercooler kit for the BMW 135i or 335i, you are guaranteed breathtaking driving experiences.
