Wagner Tuning EVO X Competition Intercooler for Audi RS3 (8Y) – 250% more volume & upgrade kit

Get ready to unleash the full potential of your Audi RS3 (8Y)! With the state-of-the-art Wagner Tuning EVO X Competition Intercooler, you can achieve impressive performance gains and maximum vehicle performance. This kit has been specially developed for the extreme demands of the 400 hp engine to catapult you into a new dimension of performance and driving pleasure.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your RS3:
Massive performance increase thanks to 250% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 600 mm x 395 mm x 135 mm (stepped), this intercooler offers a sensational volume of 28.9 liters. That’s an incredible 250% increase compared to the standard cooler (8.3 liters). The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Outstanding cooling performance & 127% larger flow area: The newly developed competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators offers a 127% larger flow area (2370 cm² vs. OEM 1043 cm²). The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CFD flow analyses to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result: excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Lightweight and robust construction: Thanks to the new mesh, the stable unit consisting of an intercooler and integrated cross member weighs only 18.0 kg. The intercooler has been tested at pressures of up to 6 bar and has proven to be absolutely pressure-stable. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating protects against environmental influences and guarantees long-lasting, optimal cooling performance.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is easy as a 1:1 replacement at the original mounting points and requires no additional effort. With Ø82 mm inlets and outlets, this high-performance intercooler ensures the best possible airflow and enables optimum power delivery.
