Wagner Tuning EVO 3 Competition Intercooler for BMW 335i / 435i (F Series) – 223% more volume & upgrade kit

Experience the ultimate performance boost with the Wagner Tuning EVO 3 Competition Intercooler for the BMW 335i and 435i. This kit is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance and achieving a massive increase in power. Take your N55 engine to a new level – specially designed for the high demands of extensive tuning and competitive racing.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your N55 engine:
Massive performance increase thanks to 223% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (stepped), this intercooler offers a sensational volume of 23.56 liters. That’s an incredible 223% increase compared to the standard intercooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Improved cooling performance & 165% larger flow area: The high-quality competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators and a 165% larger flow area ensures unmatched cooling properties. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CFD flow analysis to ensure minimal back pressure and ideal airflow.
Optimized design and durability: Our kit eliminates the original click connections and increases the connection diameters to Ø65 mm at the inlet and Ø76 mm at the outlet. This ensures higher throughput and less back pressure. The intercoolers are pressure-stable up to 6 bar, weigh only 13.8 kg despite their size, and are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that ensures a lasting and optimal cooling effect.
Simple plug-and-play installation: The kit is delivered completely ready for installation and is easy to install thanks to the modified cross member included.
