Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Toyota GR Yaris 69% more volume & upgrade kit

Achieve peak performance with the Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler for the Toyota GR Yaris! Unleash the full potential of your 1.6L turbo engine with our performance upgrade, specially designed for the demanding requirements of this vehicle. This kit is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance and achieving a massive increase in power. Experience a driving experience in a class of its own both on the road and on the racetrack.

Why this intercooler is the best choice for your GR Yaris:
Massive performance increase thanks to 69% more volume: With impressive dimensions of 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped mesh), our high-performance mesh offers a volume of 14.36 liters. That’s an incredible 69% increase compared to the standard intercooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & extended flow area: The 24% larger flow area (1134 cm² vs. OEM 913 cm²) in combination with the stepped mesh ensures maximum heat transfer. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using state-of-the-art CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Improved versatility and durability: A specially designed air baffle, in conjunction with our competition high-performance mesh, ensures that adjacent components such as the water cooler also receive sufficient airflow. A heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating protects the radiator from environmental influences and guarantees a lasting cooling effect.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is quick and easy thanks to the plug-and-play principle and the original mounting points. With an enlarged inlet and outlet diameter of Ø60 mm, the reinforced silicone hoses included in the kit and an aluminum boost and charge pipe ensure even better performance.
